Back again with another question.
Apologies for only posting with problems, I will get to know some of you one day ...... honest. ;)
52 plate Siecento
The 4 connector tailgate connector on the near side has one of the plates that's on the p*** (3rd from the left IIRC) So on disconnecting it, the white plug has welded itself to the tailgate/body connector. Is this a common occurrence? Is the Siecento in my local scappies likely to be the same? I assume the plate bit is available on its own, but what about the plug that goes into it? As it's likely to be damaged due to welding itself in place, is the plug available separately?

I'm assuming the contact is going to be a high current load such as the heated rear screen ......
TIA

The one in the scrappy should fit fine.
I just wondered if it was a common fault ...... I'll go on Thursday - hopefully it's still there.

It comes with its own wee sub harness, IIRC. Silicon grease on connectors, undo, clean and grease the earth point under the rear bumper.

The factory "Seicento Technical Manual" is free in the Downloads section.
Thanks for the info .....
Off to have a look at the Downloads section. (y)(y)

Does anyone know where I can get the tailgate 4 way connector from, looked at scrappies online, they want £25 + £10 p&p. Taking the p*ss!

Any help appreciated! Need to get my rear heated windscreen on and the spring and end cap are long gone!
