Styling Tail gate electric

I have got Linea Emotion pack diesel Fox Trote Azure colour(July2010),
Why in Spec they have written Remote tail gate electric.
What is the difference between electric and cable.
Is there general complaint of Oddmeter compartment loose (does not fit correctly).
Some sort of noise coming from front side even not driving , please help me out

In electric tail gate release you have to press the button to open the boot
In cable operated system you have to open the boot like you open the fuel flap i.e. pull the lever under the driver seat.

How is Oddmeter compt. loose can you post some photos of it. ?

What sort of noise is coming from front?
If it comes when you turn on the ignition and there's a hiss type of sound that is the sound of working of Glow Plugs.(It's normal for a diesel vehicles fitted with glow plugs) It goes after 2-3 seconds. You have to start the engine when the glow plug have completed it work completely. Please read the user manual carefully about the starting procedure of a diesel. You have to start it only after two lights have gone off the instrument panel.
