Hi, I have read 1 of the posts about the t09 relay and fuel pump making a lot of noise when ignition is on and engine is turning over, I have replaced the engine and the t09 relay and the fuel pump are noisy but the engine won't turn over, code light is on dash, all earths have been checked and are fine, so I'm stuck!!! Can any1 please help????? V it's a fiat punto 51 plate 1.2
