Guys FYI, 110 whp equates to 129.41 bhp!!

You divide the whp by 0.85 to get the bhp.;)

Found this out on a ford focus website.(y)

i think it differs from a car to another bro...no TPS isn't my mapper .. i will map with revlimit.gr

it is not about the engine..it is about the losses from the engine to the wheel..the lossess through the transmition and the drive train system..it differs from a car to another

Yes second lambda can be disabled via software IF client request it!
The 89 and 95 octane fuel limit a lot the power and the advance timing, so the mapping must be calibrated for these low octane fuel.

Bosch from factory calibrates knock control for 91/95 octanes. I think 89 is a too low octane value!

cheers

yes but we can't afford octane boosters to increase the octane ..so we have to run on the 89.8 and wait for my car soon

the software must be calibrated for 90 octane and when you will add octane booster the engine will get a power breath increase the advance timing

Whatever you do with the vl37 turbo its nearly impossible to beat a 160hp scirocco..

Get an vl36 and thereafter a remap...After that, its an easy job...

Btw the fact that you have high ambient temperatures as well as fuels with such a low octane rating, would make a bigger intercooler, a must..

Stock IC can handle about 200hp with vl36 from the GPA or 240hp with a larger turbo such as GT2554R or GT28RS...

The SS and the GT1548 projects seems to have problems with Temps and if I push them to keep more than 1.2bar @ 6000, then temps increase quite fast and I suggest IC!

The vl36 will have a little bit more temp from the GT25 or GT28 setups (+5 degrees) cause produce higher backpressure in the exhaust manifold and the turbine is too small. So tempreture can travel faster from the turbine to compressor

For my experience from all the different projects on T-Jet that I have built, I think that the stock IC is ok!

For some projects I suggest IC from Audi A5 1.8TFSi, fits almost perfect and the Forge IC is awesome!

I have several examples if you like to see!

In my Abarth GT28RS, the IC job will be handled by GRS Motorsport!

do u have a thread or smething with the mods in ur abarth and could u supply me with a bigger turbine with its manifold to egypt?

you can have the IHI vl36 here in egypt, some spare parts dealer can supply you with one,all you have to do is make the order and pay 50 % from its price and with DHL you can have it in a matter of 5 days max

in summer its almost + 42 c
and with the stock turbo and software a bigger ic will cause a great lag i guess

a vl36 will cost u more than 8000 LE which is more than expensive

Well I am not talking about a massive intercooler here.Thats completely meaningless as the design of the front bumper doesnt allow massive intercoolers..The air never find its way to the whole surface area, so the only thing they do is produce lag and more lag.... :(

Aftermarket intercoolers (the good ones) have usually better flow than stock ones so installing a reasonably bigger than the OEM with only have significant advantages and an infinitesimal (if any) lag.. ;)

i got it
we can beat the lag by a de-cat and a good induction kit and a free flow exhaust
