Has anyone but this in the 1.4 12v?

Will it cause a problem?

Whats best to use in a 1.4 12v

It won't harm it, but it's a bit of a waste. i would put semi synthetic in it, that'll do a good job, and change it every 6000 miles (10K Km's)
