Anyone else with them? How do you find their admin side?
I took out a 7day drive away policy a month ago, and 3 brakedown policies for myself and 2 other family members.
Only one set of breakdown docs arrived, my 7 day drive away policy had my first name spelt wrong (and didn't arrive until day 5).
Just called to be removed from their marketing, which despite making clear I didn't want to be put on they still did. Can take unto 2 months to be removed! completely unacceptable IMO.
Then they can't find my breakdown policy as name was spelt wrong on that and they couldn't search by vehicle reg, only name and post code. Had to get the direct debit references in the end.
Not at all impressed. All 3 brakedown policies will be cancelled at the end of the 3 months free cover. Who knows, if I need to use them they may not be able to find my details and get me rescued??!
