I've just got around to swapping my Bravas drivers side headlamp (thanks to Amit for supplying the headlamp!) and thought I'd report the process, as there has been reports of problems removing lights etc here, and the Haynes manual doesn't mention headlamps!
Its very easy and shouldn't take more than about 15mins.
Remove all connectors attached to the back. Most are on plugs held in with a metal locking band and can be a bit fiddly unless you know how to undo them. Push the metal wire that is visible along the long side of the plug into the plug using a small screwdriver. This releases the clip. Then pull the plug out. It should come away very easily.
The one exception is the indicator. The bulb, plug and mounting come out in one go. Just twist the mounting so it moves and then pull gently. Out it comes.
Undo the 2 10mm bolts on the top of the headlamp. Push the headlamp away from the bolt mounts, so it comes out an inch or so from the car. The headlamp is now held in only by a small ball joint attached on the wing. Get a good grip on the headlamp and pull away from the ball joint. Be careful as when the ball joint gives, the headlamp will move quickly, and you don't want to skin your knuckles or damage any of the bodywork!
The headlamp is now out. Note there was no need to remove the bulbs first, except the indicator.
To replace the headlamp, do everything in the reverse order. Remember the metal clips on the plugs will need to be pushed in again to get the plugs back on.
With a completely new headlamp it may then be necessary to get the aim adjusted at a garage. Old headlamps will probably be OK.
Hope this is of some use to someone!
