Technical suspension problem?

My Mareas front passenger wheel side was making some creaking noises for a while, the car would also become a bit unsettled when straightening out of a corner as if the car was wiggling.

Yesterday I got in the car and when I drove off the creak turned into a thud when I went over bumps and now the car actually sways quite heavily when cornering or straightening out of a corner. It feels as though theres play in the front passenger wheel. Any ideas?

Drop links, suspension arms or Anti roll bar bushes. All common problems on the Marea.
I know you can check the droplinks by gripping them and checking for play not sure how to check other bits.

the arm's will sway if you jack the car up and try moving the wheel, if they do replace them.

probably worth first checking your wheel bolts are tight....

Thanks for the help guys, I took the car a drive around to try and get a feel for where it's coming from and when I put my foot on the clutch to change gear the weight shifts forward and loads up the suspension and the car does the wiggle from right to left and makes a clunking noise it only does this at low speeds ie.. 1st 2nd 3rd gear

I've checked the wheel bolts and they're fine so I've got a set of ramps and a decent jack to use over the weekend so I'll get it up and have a good look.
