Technical Surge of power

Hi all
I have recently started having a problem with my 1.9mjet sport 150 when driving to and from work. When gently accelerating in 1st and 2nd gear at around 2800-3000rpm the car feels like it has a sudden surge of power kind of like extra boost but if I do it with a bit more acceleration it doesn't do it, the turbo sounds like it's working and can feel it if giving it a bit of a workout but just the gentle driving is a bit weird. Any advice?

It is either egr or the other one I can not remember the english expression, I will look it up.It gets dirty with time and needs cleaning.Both of them.Especially the one I can not remember the name now.

I was wondering if it's due to short journeys to work and back, maybe give it a good run out at the weekend and see how it is.

It can happen if you drive it at short distances or if the diesel is of low quality.

2.You have to disassemble and clean MAP sensor...I had to find the pictures from my fathers Croma. The same is on Bravo only on a different location. I would clean MAP sensor first.
