Superplus unleaded in a 96 Brava Q....

Hi all
Andy's question prompted me to ask
What is the general rule on filling up with SuperPlus Unleaded every so often and are there any real benefits on doing this..?
Lower carbon deposits for the low mileage user spring to mind but is this worth doing..?

different petrol won't reduce carbon deposits Its all marketing bullshit.

I run my Bravo on BP Ultimate unleaded.

There's no real power gain but the car feels a bit smoother and more refined. (especially from cold)

I haven't used normal unleaded for about 6 months!
