you can buy then from fiat aswell in abarth editions sale brochere

You can't buy them from fiat as sparco did'nt make them for long, hence they'll go for silly money.

you can use nornal seat belts rather than the harness's there both linked up if you look at the pic

The stnd cinq seats are nicer than that, when they are re-trimmed.
