Sunstrips question..

I was thinking put a sunstrip in my Bravo, but.. inside it.. Not outside how usually we see..
Are there any differences?
Any sugests on the material to use?

If i was going to put it on the inside, i would use a tinting film one. A vinyl strip would look odd IMO.

I used two layers of tint film (since i had to buy a roll) to achieve an almost opaque strip (so winter sun is not a prob and you can just barely make out when the lights change).

You could use vinyl and use the same water spray technique to float it into position on the inside as with the tint film, but either way I would add some style and curve the ends down the side.

To do this this you really have to do a paper template first (getting a curve to match the curvature is a real challenge) and the end parts will be a lot wider than a normal sunstrip (so if wanting an opaque effect, go to you local signwriters for quality vinyl and get a sheet cut)

I'd even send you a copy of my template if I could be arsed (but the last person I did that for gave up and lost it)
