General Sump Filter?

'97 Ducato 2.5D. I am in the process of renewing the engine sump gasket. I have dropped the sump, and see what appears to be a bolt on sump filter? I wonder if that needs to be changed ?? Need to get a service manual, as I am lost without one.

Answered this one myself. No problem. This is not a separate filter.
