Technical Sump Cover

Does anyone else have an issue with their sump cover on their abarth gp ss ? Mine seems to be ridiculously low compared to the rest of the underneath and constantly scrapes on random bits of road.
It looks like there should be 2 more bolts holding it in the middle along with the 2 at the front. Will try and upload a photo later.
