Subwoofer Delay

Hey,

Yet another question from me lol. I used to have a pioneer monoblock amp and sub in the car which worked perfectly with the factory headunit. I have since removed that and gone for a lesser powered 2 channel amp to run a smaller sub. The problem is I am now getting a delay on the sub so it sounds slightly behind the rest of the music. I have tried changing the hpf level and a different 2 channel amp ive borrow and all have the same problem. Any clues? Ta

Try swapping the subs phase over (swap the positive and negative wires on the sub)

Ive been trying to search where i have seen this issue before.

Is the sound just a little awkward/messy or is the timing actually out?

what amp have you got fitted? its not some cheap nasty thing out of china is it?
