Unfortunately I didn't actually make any measurements. There are so many curves to contend with in the boot, I just made a series of templates from corrigated cardboard, geting each one to fit better and better til I was ready to go to MDF!!! Seems a better option than trusting measurements!
The sub enclosure is obviously a sealed box, a nightmare to get the exact shape, but the right-hand-side just has one trianguler peice behind it holding it at the right angle, plus with the changer screwed to it. There's only two screws, holding the amp-peice to each of the sides, that holds the whole thing pretty rigid, so if I need to get to the lights I've only go two to undo and the whole thing is in three mobile peices!
