Sub keeps cutting out

Was driving my car before and my sub was ok. Then it just cut of for no reason. Then it came back on so I checked the connections and when i tried to take the earth of, it sparked. I took some connections of and thought it might off been a bit of dust or something. Put the connections back on and it was fine. I didnt touch it and then it went of again. Few seconds later it came back on again. Its a 1000 watt fli enclosure sub. Has anyone experienced this before?

Check you remote wire.

Check ALL the wiring.

I doubt its clipping causing that. Duff amp, overheating, wrong load or incorrect/poor power/ground wiring are the most likely causes.
