500 Stuck gearbox or clutch

Hello, I have 1 2012 Fiat 500, it is the second one I have owned.
In the last few months I have been driving, mainly in slow traffic and when depressing the clutch the car won't come out of gear and continues to drive, its dangerous, and I have the clutch i as well !!
I have had a new clutch fitted and a new master cylinder just this week, not cheap, but again it happened today. Has anyone got any ideas ??

Did they replace the slave cylinder too(on the gearbox) ?
If all 3 have bee done that leaves mechanical issues which are less common
Selection issues are a clutch issue normally but that's most often due to issues with it's actuation ie the hydraulics rather than the clutch that you can rule out.
Does the car drive "normally " on the road not in slow traffic?

Yes the car seems to drive OK in normal traffic

Just checked the invoice it says - replaced Master cylinder and slave cylinder

Maybe it hasn’t been bled properly. Needs to go back to them.

If you turn off the engine(when stuck) will the gear stick move without issue?

Note you can knock the car out of gear at slow speed without the clutch in a emergency though don't do this too many times.
