ok lads so i am in the middle of tackling the fan/ alternator belt. got the wheel off no problem , i take the innner wheel arch protector off no problem. rite now i can see. in front of me i have the wish bones suspension etc eond that i can see water pump wheel the alternator wheel. and a big wheel with teeth on it not sure of the name. the distanse between the wheel with the teeth on and a sensor it to shallow to allow the belt to go on thus i have removed the top bolt good 15 mins as it was rusted. he second isnt a bot but more of a screw and for the life of me i can not get this to budge, any 1 know of a way of getting it to budge its a possy driver head and no bolt it screw in to the backet which holds the sensor . the screw driver just pops out (lucky i havent runded the head) mole grips and pliers are just spinning on the bolt head as its round. so what am acctually askign here is does any 1 know of a way to loosen this stubbon bolt/screw. i have had wd40 on it and going to leave for an hours or so but i have no use of any oxy tourches etc nor would i want to with it bene in close proxsimity to the sencor any ideas lads cheers from a half bold scaffolder pulling his hair out :bang:
