A couple of months
I wouldnt mind that if they could just tell me, cause they were faster enough at telling me they needed an extra £8 to post it to N.I. but sod all since

They should really have a phone number, their address, VAT number if they have one and they should say whether prices include VAT, company registration number (or owners name) etc to comply with the E-Commerce directive.

Not having a phone number is a bit silly. Their other website www.yatesandbloomfield.co.uk also doesn't have full contact details or company details.

A whois search turns up this address for them:
Mark Yates & Robert Bloomfield
Unit 12A
Waterfoot Business Centre
Burnley Road East
Rossendale
Lancashire
BB4 9HU
United Kingdom

Edit - just spotted the address on the link poggy gave. Wonder which is correct :chin:

Thanks for the replys and help everyone.
lack of phone number is really confusing, was kinda hoping someone who had bought off them before would have had an invoice kicking around with a phone number
Ill have to keep searching and emailing to i get somewhere lol
Cheers

I've brought from them before no problem, they've got an Ebay shop so maybe make an enquiry about a brace and ask for there number to contact them directly.

Final update. They've messed my delivery address up... :bang:

They only way i got a response was by mailing a bunch of email addresses at the same time -

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

They suck big style. No contact number. Multiple sister companies doing the same sort of jobs. Poor customer service. Selling items which they don't hold stock of. Just read their ebay feedback... Check that they have the item in stock if you MUST buy from them.

from my experience many online retailers hold virtually zero stock, even when their websites say "in stock".

i bought a tv 3 weeks ago, the website said it was in stock and available for next day delivery. i placed an order and got the usual confirmation email.
3 days later (2 days after delivery should have occured) i get a phone call telling me they wont have any stock for 11 days. bloody time wasters!!

they sent me a sei mpi brace quite quickly, then i sent it back as i had fitment probs, and i got a refund....no real probs here, and tbh i maybe messed them about and confused them a bit lol.

I will be buying a brace again from them (although through a friend in case they don't want to sell to me), I just have to see wether i need the mpi brace or the cinq one will fit....roll on stoke meet and me trying bab'z brace (courtesy of bushboy ;) )

I did finally get mine, after about a month and a half-2months. Turned out there had been a problem with the extra p+p charge to N.I. though they never bothered to tell me this. I had to email every email address i could find just to get a reply and evn then it took them ages to get back to me

Newbie with a coincidence!

Today I got frustrated with trying to get a response from Demon Tweeks (I want to buy a new OMP FIA racing seat for hill climbing but I can't get to talk to anyone there) so I emailed OMP directly asking who could I buy their products from the UK? I got this reply....

This should be the "OMPracing" web address but the FIAT forum won't let me post it yet Just add the world wide web three letters before it and "it" for Italy afterwards

Not much further forward but at least we know a) that OMP are still talking to Y&B and b) the name of a lady in Italy who might be interested in chasing your bad service from Y&B and who speaks, or at least writes, good English

Good luck
