As/if a few of you can remember when i bought my 100hp panda from these guy's i wasn't really happy with the sales man and commented on here that it put me off this garage.
well i can say things have now dramatically changed, the sales bloke has been sacked which is good news.
in the meen time i have taken the Panda for a service and the customer care was excellent, i actually felt like i was important to them which is a first for a fiat dealership.
the good news continues too, i have had to trade up to a slightly bigger car as we are having another baby and need a bigger boot and more room.
anyway we received an extreamly good deal on trading in the panda and our 500 for a brand new punto and again the service was first rate. it didn't cost us a penny apart from road tax.
so i can say i actually really don't mind having to go back to these guys for servicing the car because the customer care is fantastic.
the two guys i delt with was Colin and Andy for anyone that is in the market for a new car.
