I went in there when I was looking to buy my Panda, total lack of interest in providing me with any kind of service, info, proper terms, a demonstrator to drive... I walked out in the end, was put onto a garage hundreds of miles away, by a local Ford garage of all people, and drove down to pick my car up instead.
If I can help it, Stoneacre are never touching my Panda. If the technicians are as hopeless as sales...!
