Today my stilo started up no problem, drove to work fine, leaveing work started up and there was this strange wereing noisehavent a clue what it could be, does anyone have an idea ?

Almost impossible to diagnose from the limited info you've given. Open the bonnet with the engine running and see if you can pinpoint the area of the engine bay where the noise is coming from.
and a description of the noise. Clicking, constant, high or low pitch, squealing, whistle etc.

Rite listend to the engine and it sounds like its comeing from the drivers side maby water pump, its a wereing noise that carries on while reveing the engine and speeds up with the revs aswell, i think its a bearing or sumat
