stilo instrument panel

hello and good afternoon,
i'm knew on here and have a couple of problems.
i have a fiat stilo estate the problem is where the instrument panel sometimes works and then doesn't.it also goes off sometimes whilst driving then comes back on again.also speedo and temp gauge do not work..

hope somebody can help me

Looks/sounds like a loose/dodgy connection.

1) disconnect the car battery and leave car alone for 20 minutes - most important otherwise you will trigger an airbag system error which will require a dealer diagnostic reset which will cost you money
2) work out how to remove the instrument panel (I think there is a Stilo eLearn on this website somewhere)
3) check all connectors to the instrument panel for proper "latched connection"
4) if 3) is ok then one by one disconnect each instrument panel connector. Look at both parts of the connector for signs off contamination/oxidation/cossosion, and also splayed female parts or ben male pins

If all looks OK then often just the disconnection and reconnection of connectors has a cleaning effect and you may find that your problem is solved.
