Ok so last Thursday car became ill and it turned out one of the coils was knackered (yes it was a Sagem).
i have replaced (very simple) said coil with a champion one (as advised on the forum) and the Engine management light and 'engine fault' has now dissappeared.
Car is running ok but does seem a little sluggish and juddery still, not sure if its me expecting the worst or whether there is still something wrong.
Anyway after a coil failure and change should car return to normal and drive ok without it having to go back to dreaded dealer for Diognostics or reset?
Is there any other effects of having a knackered coil? will anything else likeley to have gone wrong?
Also now i have 1 champion coil and 3 Sagem ones whats the likelyhood of more failing and should I replace all 3 Sagems ASAP? as PNL recommended the coils are available for £35 from shop4parts! so would be reasonable!
Just 3 Questions for now, any advice welcome, Thanks in advance
