Hi y'all

My 04-plate Multiwagon 1.6's ECU is knackered and I have purchased a brand new Magnet-Marelli ECU for the car from one Chris Downey on e-Bay (a very reasonable £110 - he also has Punto ECUs).

The big question is HOW DO I CODE THE NEW ECU so that my car will recognise it? I would prefer to avoid paying a fortune to a rogue 'code-dotcor', so any germane advice would be very much appreciated, since I presently am without a car!

Many thanks.

when the ecu is virgin it will code itself at first key/on.
At that moment the ecu is matched to your bodycomputer and can´t be fitted in another Stilo anymore.
