Woke up, had stiff movement through gears, FIAT SCUDO 2012 5 SPEED DIESEL it loosened slightly but its not as it was, my friend has citroen dispatch same van, his has started doing same, is this linkage anyone know the fix?

Guessing if 5 speed it is the 1560cc Peugeot/Citroen engine, so may be worth checking the gear cables, is it in one direction as in across the gate or forward and backward of the lever? Usually not a lot can be done with the cables as nylon lined, but just check maybe through the wheel arch with n/s wheel off to see if levers at box trying to move or sticking.
