General Sticky Dashboard

Ever since I’ve had my 2008 Punto grande (2 and a half years) I’ve struggled hugely with cleaning the dashboard. It’s like the sun has melted it to the point it’s sticky and won’t clean, I’ve tried all sorts on this but it’s still covered in dust. The same is true with the plastic that surrounds the dash display. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there any way to clean my dashboard?! Thanks again.

Its possible its been damaged by previous product applications..

What spec is your GP.. AS I thinks the trim around the cluster varies..

My GP is a 08 1.4 8V. I’ve had it for a few years but the dashboard has always been this way so it’s possible previous owners have damaged it. It’s just annoying more than anything to have a dusty dashboard that won’t clean! I just wondered if there was some specific magic cleaning product that would cut through the sticky ness ?
