Steering wheel not central

Hi,
I've noticed when my wheels are facing forward, straight. my steering wheel is actually facing about 10-15 degrees to the left.
Is this a problem? the car doesnt seem to pull to the side but the steering wheel has to be to the left slightly for me to go straight forward

Would it a wheels problem or just the steering wheel needing to be taken off and put on right?

Oh it's a Fiat Bravo 1.4 12v 1996

Your tracking might possibly be out slightly.

Even the slightest nudge on a kerb, or heavy cornering can knock it out a bit.

It's normal on cars with Power Steering - possible to take the steering wheel off and align it, but not worth the faff.
