I need help with the steering control. I’ve replaced it with an Android head unit and connected a Harness Adapter Canbus Box. I tried changing the settings in the factory menu to match my adapter using simple software, but it still doesn’t work. I also tried the learning function, but nothing changed. Is there another way to make it work?

Since the controls worked with the original radio, the steering wheel buttons themselves are probably fine. The issue is more likely the CAN-bus adapter or its configuration with the Android unit.
Many Android head units only support certain CAN-bus boxes, and even if the plugs fit the protocol may not match. If the CAN box isn’t the correct type for your car, the radio will never see the steering commands, so the learning function won’t work either.
I would check:
that the CAN-bus box is specifically listed for your Fiat model
that the KEY1/KEY2 wires (if present) are connected correctly to the head unit
whether the car type is correctly selected in the factory menu of the Android unit.

I already checked all of this, and the adapter I bought is specially for Fiat.

KEY1/KEY2 wires do not work as steering buttons work on CAN only.
Go to factory settings on your Android unit choose CAN (adapter) settings choose SIMPLEX as can maker , FIAT car maker and Bravo or Linea car. All these with wiring harness cables and can box connected to your Fiat.

Like I mentioned before, I selected on my Android unit for my CAN adapter (simple soft) and tried choosing Linea, Bravo, Panda, 500... but nothing worked.

I have this adapter. On Simplex maker I do not have Bravo and it works with Linea for all 8 steering buttons.

Yes, I have the same adapter with all the wiring, and I tried switching to all kinds of models.
