General Steering wheel buttons wont work

Sorry if this has been covered before but i couldnt manage to find it here. Anyways, the buttons on my steering wheel suddenly stopped working, this only happens when listening to media player (usb stick). When im listering to the radio they all work fine. The ones that wont work with media player are: Windows logo (voice command activation), previous song and next song, and End Call button. Anyone knows how to fix this??

Forgot to say, i got the blue&me thing

Reset the blue&me by unplugging the (-) of the car battery and plug it back after 10 minutes.

Mine's messed up twice before. Doing this fixed it.
I didn't leave it off 10 mins either more like 2.

Thanks guys! Did exactly as you said and it worked. Why does fiat allows this to happen!?
