Technical starting problems

hi can any1 help me my car as been standing for about 6 months its got petrol in took the battery out and fully charged its turning overso the starter moter ok because ive took the battery out will this affect my immobliser as ive only got the second blue key for the car not the red 1 any1 have any anwsers please will b gratefull

Shouldn't. If it does, you'll get a "CODE" light.

Check for spark and see if fuel is dribbling onto throttle butterfly when cranked. If neither the crank sensor has retired permanently.
