Technical Starting problems

[Purple Panda]

I`ve got a 1994 Panda Colour manual. It got progressively more difficult to start and now won't start at all. The battery is OK, but when the ignition is turned on, the fuel injection light flickers and the starter motor does not turn. The fuel injection relay makes a chattering noise in time with the flickering light. I have tried a new relay without success, it chatters as well! Any suggestion?

are you 100% sure the battery is good? check the earth cables are good especialy the one that connects to the body.
