Technical Starting Prob On Fiat Tipo

Hi, Could anyone help. My Fiat tipo will not start.sparking ok but when cranking it is not getting fuel. pump is ok as getting to injector. It appears that the injector is not getting signal to let fuel in. Please HELP:

Check the wire from Injector rail to the ECU. You should have a contiunity.
I think way forward is to have a diagnostic check. Are you sure you have fuel to the rail? If not, it could be fuel relay which is not uncommon on Tipos. If its ok, you may have an ECU problem.
