Technical Starting Issues + More

Hello guys ! I'm new here , gotta a lot of questions and i'll try to make the long story short .. Last year in September I bought a 2008 Bravo 1.9 8v MJT with 171000 km . When I decided to buy the car it had the timing belt broken so the engine was open waiting to be fixed. I got a friend of mine to do it , but he did it as he could... Anyway since the beginning the car was starting really hard , i checked the battery got new spark plugs checked the fuel pump , couldn't find the issue . Now the car has 240000 km and I decided to change the engine since the old one was vomiting oil through all the places it could . Got the car out of service today , all good ,the new engine is pulling really nice , better than I ever saw it do , but after 50 km I started to see some issues ...

So nr 1 : All the lights are flashing , headlights , interior lights , everything
2 : After 4 h in the parking lot , it started so hard that it killed the battery , over 50 sec of spinning ...
3 : A/C Doesn't seem to work anymore (it was working perfectly before engine change)

Did any of you guys been through this kind off stuff before ?
I would really appreciate some suggestions

ac not working, they probably cracked a pipe and gas leaked
for battery, car cranks and doesnt start?

1. bad/broken/corroded ground to engine/gearbox.
2. cranking but not starting? problem with fuel pressure in the rail/leaking injectors.
3. they probably removed all the front to replace the engine bumper, radiator..ac rad...so they ac might just need rehanging..take it to a ac specialist.. they will let you know if it is leaking.

Car cranks but starts very hard with a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust . Will check what you guys said and will update ..
