Technical startermotor

hi, i have a ducato van 10 19d 1994 and the starter has got slower and slower over a month or so and now will not start [just clicks]
So i took it off the van for inspection, the solenoid smells burnt out and the black plastic end is cracked.
I cannot find a new or secondhand one anywhere, ive tried ebay/shops/partfinders, please help me before i go insane!!!!
its been off the road now for 3wks.
starter no is- 63222034 2.2/12 S743. thanks.:worship:

hi had a starter motor probelem on a few of these vans have had no problem replcing startor or solinoid got the parts from small auto elec GB electrics longmoor lane liverpool hope this helps
