Starter motor Query

Hey guys,

finally started rebuilding my HGT after the accident.
Do anyone know if the started motor from other Bravo's fits the hgt or will it have to be one from an hgt.

Might be a really stupid question???

right.. the starter off a 1.8 is exactly the same looking at an online car parts site...

the others have the same 3 holes but doesn't say if they are in the same place!


so I'd only look for a 1.8 starter

I guess the Marea 20v would be the same motor, where abouts in the country are you ?

I'm just down near oxford. Think there is a couple of 1.8 in breakers yards down here so might havea butchers.

Never really see merea's around here at all let alone in breakers/salvage yards?
