Hi. I'm new to this having just bought a 7 month old 500x cross plus. I am having trouble with uconnect live nav on the car. When I try to sync to my mobile I get a message on phone through the app saying vehicle is registered to another use who has to invite me to join uconnect. I rang fiat CC who said the vehicle was originally a lease vehicle and is not eligible for uconnect but it does have the 5" nav live radio fitted and launchs the uconnect live app on the app button on radio

Please help

Assuming it has UConnect Live in the apps bit, you need to speak back with fiat and get the user account reset.
Just had mine reset and after a week of waiting, I got a phone call from an engineer in Italy who was able to sort it out.

Thanks Pedrolami. This gives me hope because at the moment Fiat customer care are telling me it's not possible to re enable it
