Can someone tell me where the earthing point for the front spotlights is please, I have read the other threads about similar probs and my Garage have tested and power is getting to all the places it should be, but no lights?.

simple way of testing the ground on both lamps pull the multi plug off the back of the lamps

shove a multimeter probe in the both holes (terminals) and turn lights on.... if sound you will get 12 v (ish)

next if no results stick your probe on a clean bolt on the chassis or even on the -ative terminal and see what happens (you might need to swap to the other hole on the multiplug) or you could do a continuity test

do it both ways (ie test the earth at the plug to battery live) to prove out a live supply fault)

sounds really silly but have you tried a new bulb?

If you are 100% sure your bulbs are ok ,and that you are getting a positive feed .Just for a quick test ,to confirm your suspicions of a faulty earth , run a wire from batt neg ..If bulb lights then trace back to you find and fault

What i wil add about the use of a multimeter,is be careful ,as they can lead you astray .Though it may show 12Volts ,it isn't drawing any current ,it is just battery voltage ,putting a test lamp over the plug would draw current ...Was told that many many years ago as an apprentice when i thought everything was ok on a training aid ,to be told i was only reading batt voltage
