Grande Punto Sporting T-Jet

Introduction

Hi folks

Picked up my T-Jet on friday and enjoying it so far. Few quick snaps before she gets filthy (n)

Thinking of a badgeless grille but that's it really for now.

Comments and opinions welcome :D
And the Best Name on the Forum award goes to......

In all seriousness. Nice car. Lowering always makes it look so much better. Worth a look.

Hehe. Slightly more interesting than Dave :p

Cheers. Have spent too much time and money in the past lowering cars (my iggy, classic mini cooper, track EF civic) and for once I'm quite enjoying the 'comfort'. Granted it wil look better when it's not on stilts but can't justify spending the pennies on coilovers at the mo with wedding coming up in 18 months.

Fair do's...congratulations :)!

That said my T-jet is on jom coilovers and it rides nicely on them, not too hard at all, everyone that has been in my car as been suprised about the ride even on coilovers....food for thought...just saying haha!! :D

Thanks dude. I'm sure i'll end up getting the mod bug again and having small tinker here and there further down line.

Safe to say i'm sure this'll be one of the most boring and least updated project threads on here lol

Cheers jack :)

After few weeks of ownership...still really like the TJET.

Few little design niggles (eg ergonomicly shocking cup holder right by the gear stick) which annoy me but on the whole, tidy little motor.

Very good daily hack, seem to be averaging according to the trip about 38mpg. Considering near enough all my journeys are less than 10miles isn't too bad I don't think. Still resisting temptaion to have a tinkle and to mod it (y)
