General Sporting and Motorways??

Hello

I am currently looking for a new car and i like the cinquecento sporting but i will be doing a 600 mile round trip to scotland using alot of motorway, so how good are they on motorways?

mine quite happily cruises along the motorway at above the legal limit. How often do you need to do the 600 mile trip??

Ive spent over 6 hours in the driving seat at any one time and im 6'3".

Ive driven for 4 hours of Mway and another 5 back (dont ask!) Cinq was perfectly fine but doesnt half drain petrol if you push it to its max (u can almost see it drain out).

My Sei is pretty good on motorways.It will cruse at 85/90 on private motorways of course. With the od burst up to 100mph.Flat out is about 105. Mpi sei are pretty much the same as a Cinq performance wise good little cars,very underrated. They are quiet as well.

I quite often do 2-3hour motorway trecks and my cinq more than hold's it's own and is normally over taking most stuff

Managed to get 110 with more power to go on the way back to college yesterday, on my private motorway (dont know what id do without it) And yes my speedo is actually correct!!!!!

be about once a month, other than that just driving normal A & B roads. thanks for quick replies

If you do a lot of motorway treks, I'd steer clear of noisy exhausts if modding's your cup of tea. Get rather irritating after a while.

As long as you keep them serviced, you should have no real problems. Good little cars.

ive got a sei sporting was brilliant on motorways untill the 2" peco and 15's spoilt it sounds great on low revs but at hi speed it gets irritating and the bigger wheels stop it going to 110mph now 95 is hard work

Must admit ive calmed down a bit since my crash on christmas eve - think ive used my get out of jail card!!

At this time of year, with all this rain, sleet and mud, a lot of the roads are dreadful by me anyway....

mines good on motorways... it happily cruised along at 110 for about 30 miles on christmas day..

there not too bad at overtaking neither. just dont try to over take on a hill. it wont work but flat is good.

i use my car to get to college via the motorway everyday and it does the job just fine i wonder what people think when they have a yellow sei zoom right pass them on motorway joining slip roads?

on motorways its brill!! but make sure you stay away from big exhaust trust me its way to loud ask anyone with a sportex how bad it is lol

Do lots of regular motorway trips in Charlie, and he's only an 899 S !

We did Mull in October in Charlie. About 6 hours+ each way. Gray had a
sore bum cos drivers seat has a dodgy spring (or so he tells me), but
apart from that, no problems at all
