Picked up tonight....

Question is, should I go without the front splitter or include it in my plans?

Rear and side skirts I have nothing planned for in the immediate future so my worry is it may look a little odd.

In addition the splitter itself is relatively rigid fibreglass whereas the bumper is flexible normal oem plastic - I can just see cracking issues ahead.

Oh and by the way, if anyone has any front fogs laying around they want to get rid. Please drop me a line!

i was buying one of these a while back from Ryan, and the only thing that stopped me was after shopping it on my car, realising it looked pants without skirts and rear bumper spoiler. that was my decider. i'll pop the pic up if i can find it. the only difference is mine being a bravo

how much do you want for the splitter if you dotn decide to use it? let me know, cheers.

Personally i'd leave your car as it is. The splitter looks like the one that was on ebay recently, i also think it was someones on the Fiatforum.

Anyway..i'd stick with what you have and sell it on. Also theres a chunk missing out of it. Maybe previous owner had a air feed there.

More I think on it, I'm not that fussed about the splitter. The missing chunk out of the bumper does not cause a problem as I'll be rebuilding it. The intention is to make the bumper look the same as the existing just with front spots.

My existing front bumper isn't in great condition so I'm thinking that having a second bumper gives me the opportunity to get a mint one prepared.

I'm after a quality finish so this is something I won't be rushing! :)

if i can get mt fogs out of my bumper Insy you can have them, i`m fitting my angel light fogs in my bumper, the trouble is that the screws where the fogs atm aren`t wanting to come out easily

Andy: nice one. Will give you a bell bit later.

Decision made, splitter not being used. Had another look at it today and what puts me off more than anything is the fact that both the bumper and splitter are made of different materials. Although I'm sure its relatively easy to bond one to the other, I feel that if anything happened to the splitter (which is realistically quite likely) it would ruin to the look of the car.

A shabby car is not something I want :)

Good choice Insy, spliter is not needed. Be sure you get a MK2 switch pannel for the fogs Mk1 is diffrent as i found out to my expence.

What are you rebuilding in the center section? i thought about mesh for mine's there but changed my mind.
