Yea as long as it's a 1.1 cinq sporting then it will be the same fit.

Yes but it is not a straight forward job
you have to relocate and modify the cat and the lambda sensor cables

I was thinking of doing a decat system, so could i just weld another oxygen lamba hole in to the manifold and get around it that way then come MOT just swap back to the oem part or would this cause problems with the running

This topic has been covered elsewhere I'm sure at least few times.
I've had my Mpi system put together to form an Spi style setup with the cat under the car & a post cat lambda boss, if you get a good high flow cat you'll have a sound MOT with no hassles. :yum:
