I believe that there are still small businesses who will make a replacement inner if supplied with the broken parts to serve as a pattern.

Tru an internet search. Otherwise have you tried Coastal Motorhomes, who are frequently reccommeded?

Do you know what part is damaged, normally a speedo cable is independent of the speedo drive.
In your first two photos where it shows the drive it looks similar to the type used in Peugeot gearboxes where they had a rubber pin that was removed to allow the cable to be withdrawn from the drive end , it fitted in the hole visible outside the gearbox end of the drive.
So it may be an idea to see if drive or cable is the damaged part assuming yours does come apart from the drive end where I believe.
If so then searching similar models of Peugeot or Citroen van versions may increase your chances of locating a part.

Also if the two parts separate, then the speedo drive could be refitted to the gearbox making the vehicle driveable without throwing all the gear oil out whilst you are trying to get the part.
If you have a GPS/Satnav it should allow you to keep within speed limits legally, so it would just be the mileage recording side, this may be worth checking but online this comes up:-
"Is a GPS speedo OK for MOT?
The issue with the MOT comes down to whether there is a speedo actually present. They don't or can't test its operation. So as long as there is what looks like a speedo then that should be enough. A GPS speedo will pass an MOT as the speedo itself is not tested.14 Dec 2015"
