Seicento speedo problem

i was wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me:bang::bang:, when i drive my car(seicento 899cc x reg) with lights on the speedo dont work but when i turn lights off the speedo works fine, has anyone got any ideas of how to fix this problem. i do hope someone will have the answer im looking for. thanks rob

try remaking battery and chassis earths (on each inner wing) remove clean all surfaces to bright metal cover with water repellant like grease and remake.
