S Steve Guest Jan 17, 2002 #2 Tyres What tyre ratio are you running on your 17's...If its 205..40..17 you will be fine. 40..17 being the most important part, thats diameter and tyre wall height!

S sandro Guest Jan 17, 2002 #3 tyres 205 is also important because, the 40 means 40 % of the width of the tyre which in this case is 205. If you fit 225 size tyres then 40% of that will give you a different tyre wall height and therefore change the rolling circumference. worth bearing in mind
