General Speakers

[Rockabilly Rebel 1995]

Not sure whether this would be styling or technical. I'm after some new speakers for my T reg 60 S and wondering what speakers would fit in the front as they are up on top of the dash, right under the windscreen. Tried some 4 inch Street edge speakers, but they are too tall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if they are still available but JBL used to do a 3.5" speaker in their GTO range that would fit under them panels. Now when I say fit, you don't actually screw them to the speaker mounts, you literally wedge them in then put the original Punto speaker covers on to hold them in place.

I've just done a bit more research, and it is the JBL GTO 329 that fits.
