General spark plug wires

i have a 67 fiat 850 and on the distributor cap there are 5 spark plug wires i know where the 4 going to the spark plugs go but im not sure where to plug in the middle wire

4 cylinder car ...... distributor cap: 1 in , 4 out

The 1 in comes from the ignition coil
