since rubbing down and washing my rocker cover my car is running occasionally lumpy with erratic revs, I'm guessing it's got damp in the plugs. I'm going to go get a plug spanner and take them out and dry them.
Is it just the plugs I need to look at or is there something i should do to the holes (don't know the technical term) they come out of?
thanks in advance

They should dry out within a few mins of the engine warming up.

hmm, i've driven it a bit more then that :(
tried an ecu recet as I initially thought it was running rich from when i took the filter out.
my very limited knowledge says to me, the filter is blocked (maybe that oil was wrong), i've buggered the air sensor, maybe some fine dirt from sanding the rocker got in the plugs, or I don't know what and it's going to the garage...

Dirt on the top of the plugs won't hurt them at all. check all your coils are seated properly and connected to the loom.

Thanks Tom.

In typical style, it's running fine so I can't diagnose the problem yet :/
Seems to happen in the damp, is it worth checking the distributor?
