does anyone know how to fix this problem? i read off a few forums on google, and seems common problem, how do i fix it? otherwise im just gonna have to ebay it

the sim card works, i put it in my other phone, it works fine.
Is your phone an unlocked one?

its on orange and im trying an orange sim card.
Maybe the phone has been internally damaged then i.e. got wet at some point
I am out of ideas now so you are on your own. Just bin sim card IMO

as i said, it seems a common problem, theres lots of threads on other phone forums about it, cant see anything about sorting it though.
clean sim and contacts with a pencil rubber
maybe theres something there in what you have said :chin:
its been blocked, you need to change the IMEI or use it outside the uk.
